Prior to joining PMP in June 2018, Rashelle studied criminology which provided her key skills in problem solving, critical thinking, project planning and team work which aligns perfectly with her role as Shop Administrator at PMP.

In addition, by combining her love of travel and community, Rashelle redirected her passion and studies to further develop her leadership skills while participating in YWAM (Youth with a Mission) in Hawaii and India.

During her downtime, you will likely find Rashelle horseback riding or hiking the local trails with her husband.
