After graduating with Honours from a technology course at the Saskatchwan Technical Institute (STI), Dale worked for Yoneda and Associates in Regina as a mechanical systems designer for 9 years.

In 1985 he relocated to the Yoneda offices in Vancouver. His work involved commercial, office, hospitality and residential buildings. He has moved from engineering to mechanical contracting, back to engineering and then back to contracting.

Joining the PMP team in early 2018 he brings over 40 years of mechanical engineering and mechanical contracting experience to the office.

Dale is an avid woodworker, photographer and sailor.
